ABOUT ME

I support people to develop their ideas. I am a coach and engagement strategist, with over a decade of experience across leadership team and board level. A natural convenor, I have worked on initiatives across museums, performance, broadcast, publishing, research and funding. My natural curiosity for understanding different perspectives has led to a practice which works across traditional disciplinary boundaries and creates impactful partnerships.

I gained my International Coaching Federation certification in Business and Personal coaching with Barefoot, one of the UK’s leading coaching trainers. My coaching style has been described as empathetic, relaxed, energising and transformative. I have trained in facilitation with the Institute for Cultural Affairs.

Until summer 2023 I led creative teams at Wellcome Collection, creating agenda setting programmes for a range of audiences and developing the organisation’s broader strategy.

I am the Vice Chair of English Touring Theatre and a Trustee of SICK! Productions.

I am a mum and live in Welwyn Garden City.
